Light on the scale, tough on the trail.

Not only did the E-MOUNTAINBIKE team focus their attention on the new full-support eONE-EIGHTY (story here), they equally put the new light-support option, also equipped with the latest Bosch motor and battery technology, the eONE-SIXTY SL, through its paces to see how it could bridge the gap between enduro performance and trail bike lightness.

Unlike its full-support sibling, the eONE-SIXTY SL features a lightweight carbon frame, integrated 400 Wh battery and light-support Performance Line SX motor, which has allowed us to drastically reduce weight while maintaining enduro performance at the highest level. 

One of the key features that impressed the team was the agile handling, stating, “The precise, intuitive handling make it easy to control, making you feel at ease from the get go, regardless of whether you’re a newbie or seasoned trail veteran”. They went on to say that the eONE-SIXTY SL “can certainly hold its own on rough enduro trails” and “encourages you to pop off natural kickers and play with the terrain”.

Their final conclusion:
