What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your order for FREE from your nearest Merida retailer. The store will contact your when you bike is ready to be collected.

How long will my order take to be ready in store?

What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?

You will need to show your email proof of purchase, photo ID and credit card you purchased with.

Will I need to build my bike after collection?

Your bike will be fully built when you arrive for collection. In-store staff will also assist in sizing to ensure your bike is the perfect fit. There is no additional cost for this service.

What if I order the wrong size? How do I arrange to return the bike.
