The prize will be despatched to a local Merida dealer by 5th June 2019 dependent upon stock availability, providing contact details have been supplied by the winner by noon on 30th May 2019.

The lifetime frame warranty (manufacturing and material defects) covers the entire ownership of the prize winner. A rider and equipment weight limit of 140kg applies

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. Failure to respond, or failure to meet the eligibility criteria, may result in forfeiture of the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or is unable to comply with these terms & conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant

The prize is not interchangeable for cash or any other product
