The SILEX 10K is called "a supremely well-composed gravel bike" by Cyclist magazine

SILEX 10K

Cyclist Magazine has published a highly positive review of the top-end SILEX 10K gravel adventure bike, saying that it is "as competent an extreme gravel or adventure bike as you’ll find".

The new SILEX has been thoroughly revised from the very successful first-generation model, with more tyre clearance, cleaner looks and geometry adjusted to make it even more capable off-road. The reviewer enjoyed this new focus on adventure riding, saying, "the Silex provides the most fun I’ve had out of a drop bar bike on mountain bike-style trails".

The new geometry, with a slightly slacker head angle was also praised, with the rider saying that: "The result is a feeling of being sat in the bike rather than perched atop, which provides an excellent basis for attacking technical terrain" and that "downhill, the bike is a blast, with loads of grip and just enough give to be comfy".

The SILEX 10K is our top-end model, fitted with drivetrain equipment from SRAM and lightweight Reynolds carbon fibre wheels. This dream spec was enjoyed by the tester, saying: "posh wheels and a lightweight build mean it’s never sluggish" and that the bike was "universally comfortable".

Summing up, they found that the new SILEX 10K was "a supremely well-composed gravel bike".
