Elisabeth Brandau joins MERIDA

With Elisabeth Brandau, we welcome one of Germany's most successful cyclists to the MERIDA family.

In addition to winning the German Cyclocross and MTB Marathon Championships several times, the thoroughbred athlete has a total of 18 (!) championship titles to her name. Most recently, in January, she won the German Cyclocross Championships for the seventh time. At 38, Brandau is far from retired, and despite having three children and working as a health and life coach, she continues to perform at the highest level.

Her next big goal, the Paris Olympics. With her irrepressible will, she will do everything in her power to make this dream come true. Brandau has already gained her first racing experience on her new NINETY-SIX and has laid the foundations for a successful year.

We are keeping our fingers crossed that the model athlete from Schönaich (Baden-Württemberg) can secure her place in Paris.
