The Prize:

Prize – one (1) winner will win:

• An entry to the MERIDA Hidden Vale 24Hour race for 2 people in any category (total value up to $250).
• In the event the winner does not redeem the prize within the validity date, then the entire prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
• The winner will be announced via Instagram story Tuesday 28^th March 2023 and contacted by MERIDA Bikes Australia via Instagram direct message by 5pm Wednesday 29^th March 2023. All reasonable attempts to contact the winner will be made.
• The winners will be chosen at random. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours to confirm that they would like to claim their prize, they forfeit the prize and another winner will be drawn.
• The Prize are not negotiable or redeemable for cash or transferable.
• The Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
• The Prize must be redeemed by the Prize Winner. If in the case the winner cannot attend, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn.

How To Enter:

• To participate in this competition, the entrant must follow MERIDA Bikes Australia and Hidden Vale Adventure Park on Instagram, like and save the specified post and tag a unique Instagram account in a comment on the post. If you don’t do all of these things, your entry will be deemed invalid.
• For extra entries, entrants can share the specified post to their Instagram story.
• Participants in the giveaway can enter as many times as they like.
• Entry is only available to Australia residents aged 18 or over

Eligibility:

• To be eligible to enter this Competition, a person must:
  • be over 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry
  • be a permanent resident of the Australia;

Competition Dates:

• The Competition commences on Wednesday 22^nd March 2023 and closes at 12pm on Tuesday 28^th March 2023.
• The Winner will be drawn at random and announced via Instagram story on Tuesday 28^th March 2023, and contacted by 5pm on Wednesday 29^th March 2023.
• MERIDA Bikes Australia will seek contact details to deliver the prize to the winner.
• The Winner of the Prize will be the first eligible entry randomly drawn. The decision will be conclusive and no correspondence will be entered into.
• MERIDA Bikes Australia reserves the right to use information regarding the Winner of the Competition for marketing purposes, including publication of their names on the websites maintained by the Promoter.

• No liability of Promoter: The Promoter accepts no responsibility whatsoever for late, misplaced, lost or ineligible entries. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the Prizes to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury sustained in connection with the entry into the Competition or acceptance of the Prize. The ‘MERIDA Hidden Vale 24HR’ is a Solo, Team Relay and Kids mountain biking event starting at 12pm Saturday and finishing at 12pm Sunday. Riders compete for medals, prizes and bragging rights.

To enter the competition:

Register for the kids race at the MERIDA Hidden Vale 24HR categories from now until 11pm (AEST) Thursday 30^th March 2023 , and go in the draw to WIN a MERIDA 2022 Matts J24 Disc in yellow or purple, valued at RRP $829.

Competition commences Wednesday 22^nd March 2023 and closes Wednesday 29th March 2023, 11pm (AEST). A winner will be selected at random on Thursday 30^th March.

The Prize (in both yellow or purple colour option) will be at Hidden Vale Adventure Park on race day and handed over to the drawn winner at presentations on Sunday 2^nd April 2023. This competition is open to Australian residents and who enter one of the MERIDA 24HR races in any category from 30^th March until 11pm AEST, Thursday 30^th March 2023. The winner must be present at Hidden Vale Adventure Park for the MERIDA 24Hr race presentation to claim the prize. Failure to be there to collect the prize will result in a new winner being drawn.
