The life after the race tape...

Living mountain bike legends Gunn-Rita Dahle Flesjå and José Hermida have been in their well-deserved retirements for a little while now. But rather than standing still, both have been actively involved in a broad array of MERIDA activities, while also spreading the cycling message all over the world.

We have followed our two ambassadors for a few days to see what they are up to when they don't have a number board on their handlebars.
