The perfect combination of a comfort-orientated frame concept with class-leading compliance and a sorted long-distance geometry makes our 5000 one of the most successful SCULTURA ENDURANCE bikes in our line-up.

Featuring the wallet-friendly combination of an Ultegra drivetrain with the RS510 chainset, our SCULTURA ENDURANCE 5000 comes in at a highly attractive price. The comfort-orientated geometry puts the rider in a slightly more upright riding position which, in particular on rougher roads or long outings, can really help to keep the legs going. With tyre clearance of up to 35 mm and the ability to fit mudguards, the 5000 has further comfort reserves and could be easily turned into the perfect winter or training bike.

Launched in 2021, our comfort-orientated SCULTURA ENDURANCE was an instant hit with the international cycling press. Besides being given a 'comfort' award by RennRad, it also managed to get a long list of compliments like 'excellent comfort', ‘confidence inspiring', 'lively feel' and 'enjoyable' by reference cycling websites/magazines like Gran Fondo, Cyclingnews, Cyclingtips and Road.cc. Compared to its namesake, the SCULTURA, the ENDURANCE has a more comfort-orientated geometry, plenty of tyre clearance and seamless integration of the latest standards. Firmly established in the MERIDA road line-up, the SCULTURA ENDURANCE finds its place between the SCULTURA on one side and the SILEX on the other. Wide tyres offer plenty of comfort, even on the most pothole littered country lanes, while a longer head tube provides a more relaxed riding position. The SCULTURA ENDURANCE is the perfect choice for more leisure-focused cyclists who want to enjoy long hours in the saddle while being comfortable and relaxed on the bike!

Pri ustvarjanju posameznih ogljikovih elementov se uporablja napihljiv mehur, ki zagotavlja, da v cevi ni gub, saj lahko te dodajo težo in ustvarijo šibkost. Rezultat je svetlejši, trdnejši in močnejši okvir.

HLAJENJE DISKOV

Kovani aluminijasti del pod sprednjo in / ali zadnjo čeljustjo, ki omogoča, da se toplota odvaja preko CNC-frezanih hladilnih reber. Preskusi kažejo, da se temperature znižajo za približno 35%, čas hlajenja pa se skrajša, kar izboljša učinkovitost zavor.

NOTRANJA OBJEMKA SEDEŽA

Odstranljiv nosilec za pritrditev blatnikov je namenjen udobnejši in varnejši montaži zadnjih blatnikov, vendar ga je mogoče odstraniti v primeru uporabe kolesa na bolj blatnih progah ali zaradi čistejšega videza.

PORTAL ZA BOVDNE

MERIDA je zasnovala poseben "portal" za bovdne, ki omogoča, da vsi bovdni iz krmila vstopijo v okvir skozi portal, kar ustvarja čist in neobremenjen videz, omogoča lažjo, močnejšo in bolj aerodinamično strukturo okvirja kot pri običajnih vhodih za kable. Odvisno od modela so kabli speljani povsem znotraj (vključno z oporo in krmilom) ali delno integrirani, kjer kabli vstopajo v okvir pod oporo krmila.
