Použití kónické hlavové trubky s 1 1/8" ložisky nahoře a 1 ¼" nebo 1 ½" dole zaručuje výjimečnou tuhost přední části rámu a precizní ovládání dodává pocit jistoty.

Bovdeny jsou vedeny vnitřkem rámu, do kterého vcházejí a vycházejí přes vyhrazené otvory v rámu. Kolo má elegantnější vzhled a kabely jsou navíc chráněny před vlhkostí a špínou.

Pro zvýšení odolnosti karbonových rámů jsou vrstvy karbonu spojené pryskyřicí s přidanými nanočásticemi, které zvyšují odolnost vůči nárazům až o 40%

Při výrobě jednotlivých karbonových dílů používáme nafukovací vložku, která zaručí, že se uvnitř trubek nevytvoří vrásky, které by zvyšovaly hmotnost a mohli by oslabit trubku. Díky tomu jsou výsledné rámy lehčí, tužší a pevnější.

Některé šrouby stačí dotáhnout pomocí klíče TORX 30 jen z jedné strany, bez rizika, že se opačná strana přetočí nebo posune, díky čemuž je dotahování důležitých komponentů mnohem jednodušší a přímočařejší.

A suspension design where the traditional pivot point on the seat stay is eliminated in favour of a flexstay design. This uses the compliance of the material and specific shaping of the tubes to allow for the seat and chain stays to move apart as the suspension moves through the travel. By removing this pivot point at the seat and chain stay junction, we save weight, reduce maintenance needs and add stiffness to the frame structure.

MERIDA designed headsets that enable all control cables from the handlebar to enter the frame through the headset cover, creating a clean and uncluttered look, allowing for a lighter, stronger and more aerodynamic frame structure than with conventional cable ports. Depending on the model, the cables are run completely internally (including the bar and stem) or semi-integrated, where the cables enter the frame underneath the stem.

Suspension system that uses a Flexstay design to reduce weight and maintenance, is Adjustable to run 29” or 27.5” wheels without altering the geometry and has Size Tuned shock progression that increases with frame size, so lighter and smaller riders can access all of the travel and heavier riders get the support they need on big hits.

An optional extra coverage mudguard that bolts rigidly to the back end of our bikes, protecting the rider from dirt and water spray while reducing noise, movement and prevent damage to the paintwork.

An easy-to-remove cover underneath the bottom bracket. The large port provides easy access to all the hoses and cables that run through the bottom bracket area, making it much easier and faster to route, service or replace your dropper post, brake hose and gear cables. Also allows the use of the downtube for storage.
